About Gestion Parasitaire Montérégie

Gestion Parasitaire Montérégie is an online service that informs homeowners, tenants and businesses on Montreal's South Shore and in Montérégie about pest control, and routes their quote requests by town. The site does not perform treatments itself: it explains the problems, gathers requests and routes them to the right zone.

What this site does

It explains each pest as it shows up here: mice coming in from the fields in Saint-Constant, carpenter ants on the wooded lots of Saint-Bruno, bed bugs in Longueuil apartment buildings. It publishes price ranges with their sources, so you reach the quote knowing what to expect.

When you fill in the form, your request is matched to your town, then to one of the territory's six zones, and routed by that zone. What happens to your information is described in the privacy policy.

What this site does not claim

You will not find customer reviews, star ratings, “20+ years of experience” or team photos here. That is not an oversight: those things can only be shown if they are real and verifiable, and a site that invents them to look established does not deserve your trust.

There is no office address to visit either. The service works online. When a technician comes to your home, they are the one who must hold the CD5 certificate: ask to see it.

What you can check yourself

  • The technician's CD5 certificate

Required by Quebec's Ministry of the Environment to apply pesticides in pest management. Ask to see it before work starts.

  • The product registration

Every pesticide sold in Canada carries a Health Canada registration number on its label. The technician can tell you which product is used.

  • The written quote

Method, number of visits, price, preparation, re-entry time and warranty. If anything is missing, ask before signing: see the process.

  • Your rights as a tenant

In rental housing, landlord and tenant obligations fall under the Tribunal administratif du logement. The frequently asked questions sum up the essentials.

The territory served

Sixteen towns across six Montérégie RCMs, from the Longueuil agglomeration to Granby. Each town is detailed on the service area page.
