What the quote form collects

The form on the quote page asks for: your name, an email address, a phone number (optional), the area concerned, the type of pest, the degree of urgency, whether the unit is a rental, a description of the situation and, if you wish, a photo. No other information is requested.

Why this information is requested

Only to assess your request and connect you with a pest management service able to respond in your area. It is not used for advertising purposes and is not sold to a third party.

Cookies and tracking tools

This site loads no third-party tracking script and sets no advertising tracking cookie. Only the standard technical logs generated by any website visit (IP address, timestamp) are produced by the host, with no link established to the information submitted through the form.

How long it is kept

A submitted request is kept for as long as needed to assess it and follow up, then deleted once it is no longer useful to that purpose.

Your rights

In Quebec, the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (commonly known as Law 25) gives everyone the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information concerning them.
